A facility maintenance checklist is a comprehensive checklist which is used to make all maintenance SOPs are being followed. The building area of a facility holds special importance as far as maintenance is concerned. A building is an inevitable part of facility which should be maintained with proper attention. This checklist consisted of four major segments; good, fair, poor and comment sections. A user who is required to fulfill this format must grade maintenance level according to these segments. The purpose of grading means how maintenance is going on building area. This checklist is also used for getting feedback of any user who filled it in the bottom area.
