A free sales ledger template provided on this website is used to record all the sales entries which were made. There is a separate column given in format for those entries where the money from the sales has not been received. You can prepare a sales ledger for each party separately to keep proper records. The purpose is to track each customer to whom the balance is left and to check who paid the money. This is a detailed format where summary segments are also provided.
