A free school field trip template is a very basic format which is required to fill by a student before going on. It has two primary sections of this template, first one is the information which needed to fill by the interested students while the other segment is the confirmation which is required from parent or guardian. It is a blank format which is on the letterhead of the school and required to submit by the student. However, this is MS Word format which has very little information about the trip.
