This is an Excel based format for pluming invoice where transaction details are presented in much easier way. User and plumber both can fill this invoice and can add further details which might miss while making request for service. It is blue theme template which comes with table and other segments. The total amount of service row is given in the end and there is enough space for signature of both, the user and plumber.
